This look from this month's Lucky magazine is fierce. (I know I'm a sucker for the sneakers and t-shirts - what can I say, I'm consistent)
But the sweater jacket is amazing and a statement piece that you can throw on over anything. I'd wear this with all black and heels too. I love mixing black and navy - it's one of my fave things to do. Sometimes I just sit around mixing black and navy.
